Thank you for your support of Classics over sands this year, with rain before and after the show, we were blessed with fantastic weather on Show Day. With over 300 classics, the crowds literally burst onto the show field in record numbers. Importantly we raised a record £8,500 for Charity, with Coeliac UK and Coniston Mountain Rescue receiving £3,500 each and the local Scouts and Cumbria wildlife sharing a further £1,500.
We have already announced the date of next year’s show as Sunday August 10th, 2025.
You may not be aware, but the show is put together by a small group of volunteers (all classic vehicle fans), this year we really needed a little more help! We are looking for volunteers to help on or around the show day, or even for specific parts of the day, such as helping with taking down the numerous marquees, the odd hour or two could make a big difference.
