From Morgans to Lambo’s

With OVER 150 cars already entered, here is a flavour of some incredible vehicles you can look forward to seeing.

Amongst the oldest entries in Classics over sands on Sunday August 7th are a couple of similar cars to those owned my my Grandfather pre-war. The first, a 1929 Morgan Super Sports Aero, still used extensivly and a superb example of the marque. Also, but very different, a 1931 Austin 7, known as Jane, one of the cars that saved the Austin Motor Company.

At the other end of the age spectrum, we’ve a 1989 Range Rover, once owned by Queen drummer, Roger Taylor. With an open top and powered hood, this really is a “one off”. Another “famous name” car is a Lamborghini Espada from 1994, owned by none other than Bono of U2 fame.
